Hypnotherapy is an evidence-based, mind-body approach that uses hypnosis to support emotional, mental, and physical wellbeing. It can help you reduce stress, manage pain, break unwanted habits, and create lasting, positive change.
During hypnosis, you enter a deeply relaxed state—similar to meditation—where your attention naturally turns inward. In this calm, focused space, your mind becomes more open to positive suggestions and deeper emotional healing. This can help shift the root causes of anxiety, depression, and other patterns that may be holding you back.

I offer two distinct forms of hypnotherapy, each tailored to different needs and goals:
An integrative, longer-term counseling model blending Western psychology with mindfulness, somatic practices, Buddhist psychology, indigenous wisdom, and hypnotherapy. Depth Hypnosis helps you explore and heal the deeper patterns behind emotional, mental, and relationship challenges by combining talk therapy with the transformative power of hypnotherapy.

Suggestion Hypnosis
A short-term type of hypnotherapy that uses personalized verbal suggestions to encourage shifts in thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Each session begins with a conversation to explore the issue you'd like to address, identify your goals, and develop a list of suggestions tailored to you. Then, in hypnosis, I guide you into a relaxed, inward state to help you internalize these positive changes.

Suggestion hypnosis can help alleviate a wide range of mental, emotional, and physical health concerns, including:
-
Stress and anxiety
-
Phobias and fears
-
Sleep difficulties
-
Habit adjustment, such as changing behavioral, mental, and emotional habits
-
Low confidence and self-esteem
-
Life transitions
-
Preparation for and recovery from medical procedures
-
Behavior modification, including quitting smoking, increasing exercise, improving nutrition, reducing social media use, and more
Additionally, hypnosis can support pain management and assist with various medical conditions and physical ailments with psychological roots.
